The first decade of the new millennium is fast coming to an end. Are the uncertainties associated with the economic crisis the world over also coming to an end? This is indeed a big question mark. There are mixed and confusing signals. Under the circumstances, India's economic growth rate has been encouraging. I share my optimism with our Finance Minister and hope India will soon step on to double digit growth path.
